Single-Day Life Science Camp
The CANU Life Science Camp will focus on awe at the little and usually unnoticed features of our biological surroundings. Students will learn to appreciate the subtleties of even a suburban living landscape, in both its flora and small fauna, by learning how to use a dichotomous key to identify plant and fungal species, studying the anatomies of captured insects and other bugs, and zooming even further into the microscopic cosmos of aquatic microorganisms.
Deadline to register is June 29th. Camps have a minimum enrollment. CANU reserves the right to cancel and refund a camp up to one week before its scheduled start date. Families of all registrants will be contacted with further details a week before each camp begins.
