This summer at the Chesterton Theater Camp, we’ll dive into musical‑theater scenes with a strong focus on the craft of acting. Students will receive individual and small-group coaching in acting and singing, working on character, storytelling, and stage presence while exploring material from well‑known musicals. Each musical number will be approached as a fully staged scene with personal direction, teaching campers how to build a moment, play objectives, and collaborate as an ensemble. At the end of the week, we’ll host a showcase and meet‑and‑greet for family and friends, giving the kids a chance to share their work and celebrate their growth.
Deadline to register is July 6th. Camps have a minimum enrollment. CANU reserves the right to cancel and refund a camp up to one week before its scheduled start date. Families of all registrants will be contacted with further details a week before each camp begins.
